Email Management : We set your business email account in our Microsoft outlook and take care of your day-to-day emails. Every email is responded to within 1-2 hours. Use of to-the-point and polite language makes the people feel “V.I.P.” and they maintain their loyalty towards our client’s business. For this service, we need to go have a proper understading of client’s business which is obtained through website and prior emails.
Invoicing – We prepare the sales invoices on the basis of data provided by the clients and sales invoice templates. PDF copies of the invoices are sent to the clients which are then simply forwarded by them.
Handling online sales via website, for example via www.ebay.com, etc
Preparing variety of excel reports.
Making payments to the client’s vendor via online banking
